These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ucb99 ("ucb99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ucb99.app. These Terms govern all use of the ucb99 website, mobile interface, applications, games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other service made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and any specific promotional terms, bonus terms, or game-specific rules, the more specific document shall take precedence for that specific context only. General platform conduct, account obligations, and payment rules are governed exclusively by these Terms regardless of any promotional communication.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ucb99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they use the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Use of the ucb99 platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You are not acting on behalf of or as an agent for any third party when placing wagers or conducting financial transactions on the platform.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ucb99 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment partners.
• Your use of the Services is permitted under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful where you reside before registering.

ucb99 employs age verification procedures at the point of account registration and as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required before any withdrawal is processed. We may request documentation including, but not limited to, a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to confirm eligibility. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the betting and gaming features of the ucb99 platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not register using false, misleading, or incomplete personal details.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ucb99 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any other individual to access your account, or use another player's account for any purpose. ucb99 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as authorised by you unless you notify us of a security breach.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ucb99 support immediately at [email protected]. ucb99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ucb99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process is a one-time procedure and requires you to submit at least one of the following valid documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Bangladeshi Passport — photo page
• Driver's Licence — front and back

Additionally, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within the last 90 days) may be requested at ucb99's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending completion. Funds will not be confiscated solely due to pending KYC, provided the account is otherwise in good standing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ucb99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh:

All transactions on ucb99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. ucb99 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your registered ucb99 account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts by payment method are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: ৳500 minimum per transaction
• Bank Transfer: ৳1,000 minimum per transaction

Maximum deposit limits apply and may vary based on your account verification status, responsible gaming settings, and the payment method used. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits via their account settings panel as part of responsible gaming practice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 3.3). Once KYC is confirmed, withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ucb99 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ucb99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal player activity.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ucb99 will make reasonable attempts to notify the player by email before any dormancy fee applies. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy deductions may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ucb99 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. Each bonus is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. These general Terms govern the overarching framework within which all individual bonus terms operate.

All bonuses are credited to your ucb99 balance in BDT. Bonuses are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, and are not applicable to accounts that are under investigation for breach of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50
• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Pool Rummy: 20% contribution
• Monster Dice: 50% contribution

ucb99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has registered multiple accounts, used technical exploits, or engaged in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Once wagering requirements have been met in full, the cleared bonus amount is automatically transferred to your withdrawable balance and may be requested for withdrawal via your registered payment method. Any remaining locked bonus balance at the point of account closure will be forfeited unless a documented exception has been agreed with ucb99 support in writing.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

ucb99 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI matches, domestic Bangladesh tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. By placing a wager, you accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is accepted; the odds displayed at confirmation are the contractual odds for that wager.

ucb99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, evidence of match manipulation, or system malfunction. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to your account balance.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on ucb99 — including slots, live dealer tables, Pool Rummy, and Monster Dice — use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or operate under the rules of their licensed software providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Game outcomes are statistically independent and the platform does not influence results in any way.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel. Live dealer games operate under the rules of the respective card or table game as defined by the studio provider. ucb99 accepts no responsibility for interruptions to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

ucb99 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-event or single-session winnings cap. Winnings that exceed a disclosed cap will be paid up to the cap limit only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ucb99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and prohibition from future registration:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Services while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other technique that violates the spirit of a promotion.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the ucb99 platform to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions, or disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, data-scraping software, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit live odds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the platform.
• False identity: Registering with false name, age, or documentation, or impersonating any other person.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or system error to accumulate credits or winnings not legitimately earned. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to support immediately.

ucb99 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Reports from other players, payment partners, or industry bodies will also be investigated. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending the outcome of the review. ucb99 may share information with relevant authorities where conduct appears to constitute a criminal offence.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ucb99

ucb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Account inactivity in line with the dormancy policy (Section 4.4)

Where an account is suspended for investigation, ucb99 will notify the player by email within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any suspended withdrawals processed promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ucb99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in full. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to identity re-verification. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the Services terminates immediately. Any bonus balance or locked promotional funds at the time of closure are forfeited. Cleared, withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. ucb99 retains account records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations even after closure.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ucb99's total liability to you in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ucb99 is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ucb99 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of using the Services in your location.
